Bindu ma’am’s manner of teaching is so wonderful and refreshing!! She is patient and supportive, but really knows how to motivate her students. She is great at building confidence and keeping lessons fun and engaging.
Ma’am has always been a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought and effort into how she presents the material. Psychology is a theory based subject which can be overwhelming at times but she made sure lessons were engaging, useful, and she was also very patient with everyone in class always encouraging us to do better and achieve our maximum potential!
She is definitely one of those teachers who made a huge difference in my life and it is my absolute pleasure to have been her student.

Bindu ma’am is someone that will make you fall in love with the subject she’s teaching. As a psych major now, I can confidently say that she played a huge role in making that decision. I wouldn’t have had the same passion and interest in the subject if it wasn’t for her. Every class, consciously and subconsciously, I learned something. Her style of teaching is so effective, organised and channelled with passion that it truly shows how much she enjoys teaching. The consistent effort she puts into making notes for us, and giving us anything and everything we need to prepare for our exams does not go unnoticed. She is so authentic and completely herself at all times that it makes us feel so comfortable to be ourselves. She’s always open for discussion and encourages students to ask questions which creates such a healthy environment for learning. I will forever be grateful for all that she has done, for I couldn’t have been here without her.

Bindu ma’am has always encouraged students to challenge themselves. Ma’am’s clarity when teaching new concepts makes it easy to grasp. Her guidance helped me set a list of goals for myself which I worked towards with her support.
Bindu ma’am was my psychology teacher in 2015 & 2016, and while being a fantastic instructor, she also shaped how I would grow as a person for the rest of my teenage years. She made the subject very interesting (I ended up getting an A!) and each class was filled with great conversations and discussions. Most of all though, I love that in her classes, respect, consideration and patience always went both ways. Bindu ma’am is a 11/10 teacher ✨

Throughout the two years that Bindu Ma'am taught me at APL Global School, she has motivated me to work hard. Classes were fun, interactive and very informative. Concepts were made easy to understand because it was always taught with clarity. From the very first lecture, it was evident that ma'am knew exactly what she was talking about and how to get it across. It was her way of teaching that got me more interested in the subject itself. Overall, I'm glad I got to be her student.
Bindu ma’am was my psychology teacher throughout my high school years, and I could not have asked for a better teacher for the same. During my 11th grade, she was my psychology teacher, while in 12th grade, I was in her health psychology class. Her points are extremely crisp yet detailed when it comes to teaching, making it easier to understand concepts better without getting confused. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the subject and never hesitates to answer questions regarding concepts no matter how often it is needed. I liked her teaching because she encouraged us to think practically and gave us assignments that required us to relate psychological concepts to real-life situations, making her classes interesting. Overall, I appreciate the learnings I have gained from her classes since they continue to help me to this day.

Bindu ma’am, is a brilliant teacher, she is a store house of knowledge about everything. She taught me in grade 11 and 12, my love for psychology grew deeper from there.
She knows her subject inside and out and always went the extra mile to find resources to help us understand the subject/topic better. She has the best exam strategies and pinpointed exactly what went wrong and how to improve.
She also made me understand how important it was to be independent because at the end of the day, I am responsible for my own decisions.
If you have the opportunity to study under her, go for it!
Learning from Dr. Bindu was a privilege, and I can truly say that her lessons have stuck with me to this day. I still use the things she taught me, nearly 4 years later.

I studied psychology under Bindu ma'am for 2 years at APL 2017-2018 and even though I'm currently a third year student pursuing BA psychology, Bindu ma'am has been the best mentor for me. I learnt my basics and health psychology with ma'am and she's the only reason I'm enjoying and excelling at the subject right now. I must admit that psychology is a complex subject but she always made it look like a piece of cake for us. I remember the kind of patience and time she took to teach us and I'll always be grateful for being her student. She's one of the most amazing people that I know of as a person and has personally guided me and pushed me to become better as an individual and still continues to help me in my time of need.
I have known Bindu Ma’am for many years and I was her Student when I was pursuing A Levels. She taught me Psychology. A very detail-oriented professional who stays committed to her role and innovates various methods of teaching for her students to help them grasp and understand better. She has been someone who will be able to simplify complex theories, concepts and scientific studies and explain it to her students in a way they can understand.
I have enjoyed my experience as a student and one which has helped me till today to learn and do better. She leverages technology wherever she can that would enable learning better and provide clarity while explaining concepts. I would say she has mastered the art of understanding different students’ capabilities and provides an environment to learn for each individual based on their strengths. This would also involve creating different modules for students of different calibre to learn.
